Common issues and solutions.

Login Issues

"Invalid credentials"

  • Double-check your username and password
  • Passwords are case-sensitive
  • Try resetting your password

"Account not activated"

  • Check your email for the activation link
  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Request a new activation email

Logged out unexpectedly

  • Sessions expire for security
  • Simply log in again
  • Enable "Remember me" for longer sessions

Import Issues

ICS import shows no events

  • Verify the file contains events (open in a text editor)
  • Check the file is .ics format
  • Try exporting from your calendar app again

Wrong event times after import

  • Timezone differences may occur
  • Manually edit events to correct times

URL import fails

  • Verify the URL is accessible
  • Check if authentication is required
  • Ensure it's a valid ICS calendar URL

Calculation Issues

Calculation seems wrong

  1. Verify your settings are correct (base salary, multipliers)
  2. Check that all shifts are entered correctly
  3. Verify rest days and holidays are marked
  4. Remember carryover affects totals

Missing previous month carryover

  • Ensure you have data entered for the previous month
  • Carryover requires complete previous month data

Display Issues

Page looks broken

  • Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+F5)
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try a different browser

Calendar not loading

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Wait a moment and try again
